Unsigned, likely Jerome, 8-day rosewood, marine style octagon with large balance/ lever escapement, C.1850
CONDITION:
there are some corner chips to the veneer, and the original painted dial is weak, and with some efforts to touch up the black. The case back has a dry split and someone tacked on two pieces if tin can lid to reinforce it on the inside (does not show from the outside, where orig paper dust cover is intact) Ht 8.3"
